Grace Brown

Grace is an extremely lovely professional young woman. I could not have asked for anyone nicer, more knowledgeable and gracious. She showed me several apartments and totally understood exactly what I was wanting in KP and did not try to push me or talk me into anything else. Grace has kept in close contact with me to see if there was anything she could help me with. I reiterate I could not have asked for a better experience and agent than with Grace. I highly recommend Grace not only as an agent but as a person too.

Grace was a pleasure to work with and she guided us through our sale. She listened to our needs and was prompt with passing on information.

I was a purchaser who was down-sizing and stepping right out of my comfort zone by moving away from the area I had always known. I did not really even know what style of property I was looking for. However Grace, with her patient, pleasant and professional manner ultimately found me my perfect new home. She listened to what I wanted in a property then set about finding it for me. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Grace to any potential purchasers.

Grace recently sold our home in Kensington Park. We were absolutely thrilled with the way she handled the sale from start to finish. At all times Grace acted in an extremely polite and professional manner. We found her a pleasure and delight to work with and would highly recommend her. Thank you Grace.

Grace Brown working under the Telos real-estate group was the sole agent involved in the sale of my property at Kensington Park My request was to match the current market value and reach if possible extended settlement date which she accaccomplished and also gained a much higher sale price than expected I was very impressed with her result and her professional maner through out the contract and the quick sale result I wish her every success thank you again Grace for job well done kind regards Peter Humphreys

We had not sought out Grace when we visited Kensington Park to view what options were available. She took us on a mini grand tour (of then) what was available. When we heard of the apartment we have now purchased, we rang Grace who very quickly got us a viewing even though it was not yet openly on the market. Her knowledge of both the property & of Kensington Park overall ensured we had all the info we needed to make an informed decision. Would reco Grace to anyone as a very capable agent.
