Grace was the best!

I decided to find the value of my house as I wanted to sell so I went into Tremains and asked for someone to come and see me. Grace was the one to come down and do the valuation. So I put my house on the market with her. I thought that Grace was a very knowledgeable house valuer and she put a lot of energy into trying to find a buyer. I also thought she was very professional but also very friendly at the same time. She spent a lot of time trying to find a buyer. I felt she went above and beyond - way more than I had expected. I got less than I thought I would for my property but I think this was due to the market being depressed.
