A little pocket-rocket sales power house

Grace busted into my life as a real lively boost of new energy in her approach to listing my lifestyle block for sale in Katikati. We had a fantastic time discussing marketing, getting it done and getting it sold. We had listed with another agency for quite a few months prior, so were a bit concerned about the property being "stale" but after relisting and marketing it like a rockstar, Grace bought in a number of multi-offers and subsequently secured our buyer in a very flat market for a great price. I highly recommend Grace for her contagious laugh, her ability to connect and build great rapport with people, fantastic negotiating skills and ability to get the best price considering the difficult economic climate in property sales atm.
