Glenn was excellent, with his manner, advise, knowledge, communication, advising on what not to do and just made the whole process very smooth (written by Karen not Andy !!) :-) He now is just not our go to guy if we list or sell again, but a Friend :-)
My partner and I found Glenn nice to deal with, easy to relate to and he had an ease of experience which gave us confidence. It was clear that Glenn also gave his vendor good support and guidance to achieve the best outcome for their sale.

We weren't able to be there for our property while selling, and Glenn went the extra mile for us given we weren't there to do anything ourselves on the property. Above and beyond with the sundry little things, put a lot of work in through a quiet market and just got on with it too. And he found us a buyer obviously. We went with Glenn because from the go he seemed a genuine sort, and he bared that out. Knows what he's doing process and advice-wise, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him, don't think he'd let anyone down.

I had hoped for a positive and collaborative experience working with Glenn, especially given his position as a local agent with knowledge of the community. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations due to ongoing communication issues and a lack of transparency throughout the process. From the outset, key milestones such as the listing going live, photography appointments, and the opportunity to review listing photos in advance were not clearly communicated. When I raised these concerns, I was informed that updates had been shared with others involved in the sale, which did not adequately address my need to be kept in the loop. Additionally, several requests to amend the listing description were not actioned, despite follow-up. A major source of frustration was the lack of clarity around the expected sale price and target market. When offers came in below expectations, I was told I should be grateful for receiving any interest at all — a response that felt dismissive of my goals and input as the seller. At one point, I was also told that I simply didn’t understand the local market, which I found both unconstructive and unprofessional, particularly when raised in the context of legitimate concerns. Throughout negotiations, I felt sidelined, with limited insight into the strategy being employed or updates on buyer engagement. During the both the selling and negotiation process, I did not feel supported or informed needing to send multiple follow up emails and phone calls regarding same. Given this experience, I would find it difficult to recommend Glenn or Tommy’s to future sellers who wish to be actively involved and consulted in the sale of their property.
Glenn is the guy you've been looking for! I was a purchaser for one of Glenn's listings. Glenn had exceptional market knowledge and provided clear guidance every step of the way from open home right through to settlement! Buying a house is extremely stressful event and Glenn helped us navigate the process seamlessly with a cool calm hand that put us at ease. Once the house was under contract, Glenn facilitated access at a moment's notice to the property for us to complete the due diligence. And when the builder's report came back unfavourable, instead of crashing the offer, he guided us through the process to revise an offer that was best for us and his vendor. Highly recommend Glenn and hope to use him for my next one!
