Glenn really had to earn this sale!

Don't let the title scare you! Most of the issues around this sale came from my end! I started looking for a new home due to an unexpected divorce and having to sell the marital home in the split. All my funds were tied up in my current home, which had to be sold in order for me to purchase another one. I admit, I think I started the purchase process a little earlier than I should have, and the divorce side of things made the whole process a lot longer than it normally would have been. There were delays every step of the way, some in my/our control, others out of everyone's control. But Glenn would always touch base if he hadn't heard from me in bit, kept me updated with progress on his side of things, and, while I don't know this for sure but highly suspect, really advocated for me to the vendors when delays happened, as I am sure they were ready to tell me to go jump in a lake (I wouldn't have blamed them)! He was always polite and professional, even through all of the frustration and chaos I kept throwing at him. Like the title said, He really earned this sale!
