We had a small block of land surplus to requirements and asked another agent from another agency to give an appraisal.....they never got back to us .So was working on the block and looking for another agent to come and look at the block when the neighbor asked what we were doing with the block.Got to talking about putting it up for sale and no luck with the appraisal he mentioned that Glenn was coming out to his property and rang him to see if he would look at our block.....We met with Glenn that day and showed him the property and discussed what we needed to do together on the market .We found him to be very honest and down to earth easy going nature...He was very knowledgeable and great to deal with....He helped us with all the ins and outs of selling a property and always kept us up to date with offers presented and gave guidance on how to proceed....He got the property sold and worked hard on our behalf...Was great result and would recommend Glenn to anyone looking to sell there property.
