We recently purchased a house with Glenis as the agent, and she was very helpful throughout the whole procedure. Her market knowledge, communication and professionalism were of high standard. We had a couple of issues getting access to the property but Glenis made sure us and the house inspector were able to view the property and we were able to go unconditional. What a bad experience. Will not recommend her to anyone. She did not listen to us and where not on our side from the beginning. She missed a critical qeustion to ask the sellersvand I remind her a few times. Even our last qeustion she did not come back to us I had to phone her boss to get an answer. That critical qeustion cost me at the end of the day and she thru her hands up in the air and say she thought it was sorted . Becuase she made a double deal out of sellers she did not worry about us.
