Glen is professional and has timely communication. He assures he is there to solve problems and help both parties come to a satisfactory deal. However we did feel let down by some important information about the house being intentionally hidden, and as buyers we felt pressured by Glen an unreasonable amount of times to increase our offer, luckily we stuck to our original offer as this was accepted by the seller.
