I strongly advise against working with Gisela from Harcourts based on my recent, frustrating experience selling my home. She initially quoted an unrealistic price to secure the listing, and the house ended up selling for significantly less after two long months on the market. Throughout the process, Gisela's inexperience was evident. She pushed for unnecessary expenses, seemed to favor the buyer's side, and struggled to determine the best approach to selling the property. We even missed important deadlines, like conditions of the agreement expiring, because she wasn't on top of things. I had to step in multiple times and advise her, even on something as crucial as changing the sale method, which ultimately led to the sale. To make matters worse, she wasn't fully transparent about the agent commission, and we ended up having to pay hidden costs. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss - choose a different, more experienced agent who is upfront and transparent about all costs involved.
