Very friendly, professional and nothing was a problem. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I was greeted with a smile and asked if I would like the whole rundown of the place or would I just like to wonder through and come back if there was any questions. I said the whole rundown and Gina was very knowledgeable about the house could answer everything I asked. It was also great to have Grant outside to answer any questions we had going through the outdoor parts of the house so Gina could still greet new people as they came through. I liked the call back after that was not at all pushy but just wanting some feedback for the sellers which I can appreciate. At this stage she had no idea that I was interested as nor did I but Gina treated me with respect and was still happy to be there if I needed her. I have been to about 50 open homes in Nelson and Blenheim and I have seen a few that I would not even look at the house if the agent was pushy, rude or not interested in me because I wouldn't give them an answer on the spot. Gina and the rest of the team that I dealt with through my experience were amazing. Thank you Gina, Grant for the all round experience, big thanks to you Jack for stepping in and getting me across the line and thank you for the rest of the Harcourts team evolved with my sale.
