After 51 years in the same house, we didn't have much understanding about the sale process. Gina did an excellent job of carefully explaining the process and what to expect. She also gave us detailed feedback from interested parties from the Open Homes and then was there during the auction keeping us up to date with the bidding and negotiations with the bidders. She also gave us some good advice in terms of presentation of our home for the Open Homes and private viewings.
