This was my second property I sold through Gina, and I was so happy with the experience that I returned to use her services again. Gina is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, and that's something I was after. I wanted to know who was selling my home knew what they were doing, and knew how to market it properly. Both times Gina delivered an outstanding result for me. I was delightfully surprised by the level of attention she delivers too. Perhaps a trivial anecdote, but right before an open home when I was still cleaning windows, Gina offered me her window cleaning machine, gave me a bottle of window cleaner, and even offered to come around and help me clean windows herself! I'm not sure how many agents would do something like that for their clients but it shows her drive and commitment to her clients.
Gina is straightforward, knowledgeable and honest in all of her communications. She met with us regularly, updated us on any interest in our property and went above and beyond when family issues took us away from home. Let me just start with Gina making you feel so comfortable to talk too regarding deposit etc. Feeling comfortable around a real estate agent was rare in my experience prior to meeting Gina. She didn't have to tell us anything other than a yes or no really from the vendor but instead she made sure we understood each process and the led up to the offer and even after the offer Gina still made sure we were in the know of anything that came about in regards to the property. Gina also followed up with making sure we had a solicitor and builders align for the next step, she even gave options and to me that is amazing customer service. Gina went above and beyond for us, she kept her word and I never thought it was going to play out in real life but she said "Let's get you into your first home" and I just brushed that comment not really thinking that this home i was walking in will now be our first home.. So, thank you Gina, thanks for making our first experience so easy that we could enjoy each process of the lead up to becoming homeowners!!!!! I highly recommend her service as a Real estate agent.
