I was impressed with Gina right from our first meeting and felt she would be an agent who would work hard to maximise outcome. I was right and my property sold within two weeks of going live! Gina called and met with me within hours of me completing an online enquiry (whereas other companies took days to even return a message) and presented a comprehensive proposal two days later. Somehow, I had got into my 60s and never sold a property but I was completely put at ease when guided by Gina's expert knowledge and professionalism. She understood my goals and gave sound advice of how to present my ex-rental property to the market. Gina was always well organised, prompt with communications and updates, and above all her friendliness made it easy to work with her.
