Gill was helpful/polite and nothing was a problem/very easy to get hold of and if she didn’t have the answer she would find it quickly

I met Gill visiting an open home. It was trust there straight away. I was in the process to sell my house with another company. Because of the nice talk to Gill I have changed my mind and went with her. And there is no regret. I was absolutely happy with her support.
