We wanted to sell our house while finding our forever home, but finding the right home was a completely different story! It felt like trying to find a decent parking spot at Sylvia Park on a Saturday. Possible, but it needed patience, luck, and maybe divine intervention! 😂 We searched everywhere, from Manurewa and Clendon Park to Takanini, but the perfect home seemed to be playing expert level hide and seek. Then there was Gilbert! Gilbert was like a caffeine fuelled superhero with a property searching superpower. He was always sending us new listings, arranging private viewings, checking details, following up, and somehow finding opportunities before we even knew about them. Every time we liked a house, my husband would give his usual “Ummm…” 🤣 while Gilbert was already two steps ahead! As settlement got closer, the pressure was building, but Gilbert stayed calm, positive, and determined. He never made us feel like we were running out of options. His speed, attention to detail, patience, humour, and genuine commitment made the whole experience so much easier and even enjoyable! I honestly can’t recommend Gilbert highly enough. If you’re looking to buy or sell, Gilbert is your guy! Five stars? Absolutely! I’d give him five stars, a platinum medal, and a trophy the size of a For Sale sign if I could!
