We are very happy with Gihan's performance. He has gone well above and beyond the norm in his efforts and actions to get our house sold. He took on additional responsibilities and made additional private viewings and always ran open homes rain or shine even in the Christmas holidays period. He has sacrificed a lot of his personal time in order to get the property sold. He never gave up on us and delivered on his promise to get the property sold at a good price, despite the Auckland council putting us at a big disadvantage due to largely devaluing the Capital Value of the property.
