Gerard & Sheree are a wonderful father & daughter real estate team. Right from the start they provided valuable expertise and support in preparing my house for sale, a great marketing strategy and focus on achieving my goal for the sale price. Preparing the house for sale took much longer than I had anticipated due to my under-estimation of the work involved, but there was no pressure to go to market early. Once I was ready, the Tall Poppy machine kicked into high gear with the sale becoming unconditional within 6 weeks of launch, at a price that exceeded my expectations. I very much appreciated both Sheree & Gerard's commitment to keeping me up to date with regular phone calls & messages. They smoothed the way with all the technicalities and documentation, backed up by Tall Poppy's on-line systems. Having the two of them involved meant great continuity of service. To sum up, I cannot recommend this dynamic duo highly enough.
