As a first-time buyer the process was very daunting as there were so many things that I didn't understand. Gerard has been very patient the whole time and was willing to answer my questions and walk me through the process. He has been very professional and kind in helping me which was greatly appreciated as someone who was very nervous and confused!

Gerard and Sheree agreed to be our agents in mid October and had sold our property by end November. Their sale price predictions were super accurate - and their recommendations throughout the sale process were really helpful for us as first time sellers. They were amazing at navigating the different thoughts of a number of our family members involved in the sale. They communicated with everyone regularly, as requested, and their messaging was clear. Gerard was in contact with us the most and he was really positive in every engagement. Open homes were held in clusters ( weekend, weekdays, evenings) with Gerard and Sheree clearly knowing the market and when best to offer the open homes. Gerard organized, at our request, to have the section tidied. As with everything else, he did this quickly and with no fuss...he simply got the job done. The only thing that might have helped is having more of a brief in respect purchasing a house that is part of a company share.
