Gerard & Sheree are a wonderful father & daughter real estate team. Preparing the house for sale took much longer than I had anticipated due to my under-estimation of the work involved, but there was no pressure to go to market early. Once I was ready, the Tall Poppy machine kicked into high gear with the sale becoming unconditional within 6 weeks of launch, at a price that exceeded my expectations. I very much appreciated both Sheree & Gerard's commitment to keeping me up to date with regular phone calls & messages. Sheree and Gerard have been fantastic during this whole process - great to communicate with including answering questions about the local area, easy to get hold of when needed and really willing to do what they could to make things go as smoothly as possible for all involved...which was especially notable as the timeframe from me seeing the property to settlement was quite short! Their shared expertise was invaluable in setting a timeline and even though with some things sometimes there's a sense of everything just falling into place, I have no doubt whatsoever that it all went as smoothly as it did because of the work Sheree and Gerard both put in.
