Right from the start everything was explained in plain language and questions answered. Guided us through the process and problems, not pushy or overbearing but empathic and caring. Made open homes stress free would highly recommend Geraldine and mehren. Friendly and approachable and would use them again if situation arose. Very good communicators you will not be disappointed.
