I have used Geraldine twice now to sell property on my behalf. On both occasions, she has performed well, kept me well informed of progress, and in the first instance, negotiated a sell price beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, the property market has not performed as well as I expected over the past few months, and I was compelled to take the second property off the market.
