Working with Geraldine to purchase our first home at 71c Royal Road was such a wonderful experience. Unlike other sales agents who can feel intimidating, Geraldine has a vibrant, fun personality that made the whole process approachable and stress-free. We love how she always has that big smile. As first-time buyers, we had no idea what we were doing, but Geraldine was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the entire process, especially when it came to making our offer. She went above and beyond, even assisting us in coordinating our move into the property before the official settlement day. She also skillfully negotiated with the vendor to ensure we got a fridge, which was a huge help.
