We chose Geraldine to sell our house because, of the agents we approached, she seemed to have the most professional approach to the marketing and sale of houses. Her record also stood out. At the end of the process she managed to obtain a price that was well above the quotable value of the property. I think this is a reflection of her abilty to negotiate a higher price than most agents would be able to. Although it took some time to sell the house, this was due more to the fact I wanted to get a high price so that we could buy a suitable property when shifting to Hamilton.
