We found Geraldine to be friendly & genuinely interested but totally professional when we attended the open home. She gave us the space to look around but was on hand to answer questions & nothing was too much bother. When we wanted to return for a second viewing she was flexible & made it easy for us. She clearly explained the auction process & was available to answer questions via text & email. Very impressed.

It was a long road for me selling and buying another property but Geraldine was there with me every step of the way. So helpful with her knowledge of the market and nothing was ever a problem. Geraldine made me feel more than just a client with her friendly dedication to me

She’s very Professional Agent who is help me sold two property very soon.

From our first meeting with Geraldine we felt confident that she was the right person to sell our home. She made the process easy, kept us informed throughout and kept us focused on what was important when preparing the house for market. Even though we made the move overseas part way through, we were comfortable leaving things in her hands. The process took a little longer than we had hoped due to changing market conditions, but Geraldine was persistent in getting the best price and in the end we were very happy with the result.

Whilst we never met Geraldine, her husband Peter was very friendly, patient and courteous with all of our first time buyer questions. Would deforecommend him.

Geraldine and Peter were knowledgeable, helpful and supportive where needed. We were aware of how the sale would progress, when to expect each stage of the sale, and what we could expect at each stage. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property. They made the sale easy.

Friendly. Very easy to communicate with . peter is good acution hammer. Highly recommend them

It was an absolute pleasure working with Geraldine as she guided us through the selling of our home of 30 years. She knows the market well, therefore we didn't have unrealistic price expectations, in fact, she was spot on. She was highly recommended by many people and we will definitely be recommending Geraldine to others

We had a fantastic experience. Geraldine built our trust through her warm, professional approach and clear communication. A big thank you for guiding us into buying our first home.

It is a umber of years since I engaged Geraldine Hermens and Hookers to sell a property for me. The recent sale of 53 Island Terrace facilitated by Geraldine was outstanding. From our first meeting at the property until after the very successful auction I felt listened to and supported. Geraldine helped with a number of things that at the time were weighing heavily upon me. She gave good advice re preparing the house for sale and put me in touch with a firm who were able to sort, deliver and clean the house to an impeccable standard. She also helped with getting a vehicle to central Dunedin and making the sale of the vehicle happen. I felt greatly relieved after our first meeting. I am impressed with the high level of clear communication especially in the weeks and days leading up to the sale of the property. The outcome of the auction was very pleasing as well. I did appreciate being live-streamed into the auction as well!! So, ten gold stars at least. There are one or two things we need to do prior to possession date. I am deeply grateful Geraldine, to you, Amelia Peter and the great team at LJ Hookers

The assistance in both the purchase of my new home and also the sale of my present home were handled with the utmost professionalism and knowledge I could have envisaged. The whole experience was made so much simpler by the excellent advice I received from Geraldine . She made this emotional time much easier to handle.

From an early heads-up about a new listing to getting a viewing on the same day and online follow up with all the relevant information I might need and all the way through to bidding at auction, Geraldine & her team have been timely, friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. It's been a pleasure working with you again. I would rate Geraldine and her team as the best in the business and someone you can trust and rely on every time.
