Georgia was super onto communications, always really quick to respond. Super informative and helpful, as well as very understanding. Team Malloy are very knowledgeable with market trends and pricing, which was super helpful when we were looking for our first home.

They just get it done

From the beginning everything was explained clearly so we could understand the process of selling our house as this was our first time. They didn’t muck around they just got everything underway so fast and efficiently, it was a very seamless process for us. Communication was amazing at all times and we will be recommending The Malloys to anyone wanting to sell their home. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank- you a thousand times!

Always checking in to see if we were ok and understood the processes, very effective communicator.

Georgia had a wealth of knowledge which made us feel at ease and comfortable dealing with her. She regularly checked in to ensure that certain processes, ie builders report and the financial side of things were being actioned and that we also understood what was happening with regards to the processes. Georgia and team Malloy, know the real estate business and the flow of the market. Georgia and her families professionalism made us feel at ease when going through the initial inspection of the property, to being on hand and available to answer questions, regarding the property or anything pertaining to the property and it's processes. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking at getting on the housing ladder.

Sold After The First Open Home !

I chose Nicky and Georgia Malloy to market my Henderson home after discussions with five other agents. I was very particular about choosing the right agent, after-all, you pay the same commission whether you get a daft agent or a brilliant one. Sorry to sound silly, but selling my home was actually a serious project, not to be taken lightly and I have only good things to say about the journey from listing to selling and settling with Team Malloy. Nicky and Georgia are quick adapters in a changing market. They operate at a highly sophisticated level. I was drawn to their impressive listening skills, to their deep awareness of the local market and to their supportive positivity. High-level communicators, Nicky and Georgia are a powerful two-generational combo: years of knowledge and experience plus youthful smarts and technical agility. Nicky and Georgia explained the individual value of auction, of marketing with price, and tender. With their input and support, I chose to go with Deadline Sale. They were sensitive to my dislike of the word 'dead' in a marketing campaign. I wanted my campaign to be 'alive'. We changed to Set Date of Sale. An offer was brought to me that exactly fitted my expectations in terms of price and dates, the morning after the very first open home.. Team Malloy continued to market the property to gain a back-up agreement but once the offer became unconditional, we unfurled the SOLD sign. Everything from photography, virtual staging, brochure printing, internet listings, presenting of offer, building report, price negotiations, contract going unconditional... it all happened seamlessly. At one point, I attended an auction at the Universal Drive offices of Harcourts and saw the large number of people working there. It's a huge support network. At all times, I felt the very successful journey of marketing my Henderson property was in safe hands. I'm thrilled to be able to write the headline "Sold After The First Open Home !"

No nonsense, loved it!!

Viewed a property that we fell in love with. Georgia was very quick to get our offer in front of the vendor and that helped us get our first home before Christmas.
