It's a tough time for those that need to sell property at the moment. I had a real estate person come in and assess our property; he pointed out all the difficulties. Tina, when we brought her in, come in, was from the get-go, professional and an expert. She spent a brief time looking at the property and quickly deduced that the infrastructure for water was amiable and that the property’s measurements (how did she work this out so quickly?) made it ‘perfect' for subdividing. This professional expertise, courtesy and positive knowledge cemented our desire to employ her services. Tina and her team never failed in any regard to act on our behalf.
