From the start, he gave us excellent advice on staging, what work we could do ourselves, where the market was and that we should sell at auction. His marketing was clearly brilliant. He drummed up a lot of interest and there were several keen potential buyers at the auction. The auction was very successful and we achieved a sale price which was significantly higher than we'd dared hope for. George was friendly, knowledgable, approachable and kept us updated at every step of the way.
