Geoff Graham provided our institution support and informed effort over more than a year in order to meet our goal of selling a property with many unique challenges. He kept us informed of all the efforts he made to bring potential buyers to the property. Geoff brought a depth of experience to the process and kept us well informed about how best we could remove hurdles for the potential buyer of this Grade 2 historic building. While the sale price we achieved was below our expectations we came to realise that the reality of the cooling market and the unusual character and limitations of the property necessitated this eventuality.
