Excellence and service

Working with Gemma was a pleasure. She walked us through all the relevant processes of home buying and gave us good advice on the different homes we had in mind. She listened to what we wanted and took the time to take us to numerous open homes. We didn't feel under any pressure during the process, and she didn't try to upsell us on any of the homes we visited. When we settled on our home, we wanted some work done on the house and Gemma had a list of people she could put us in touch with to help with the work. If we were to sell or buy another property, we would definitely get in touch with her again.
