From the start Gemma was consistently approachable, friendly and sincere. Her positive and empathetic attitude was reassuring and we enjoyed a personal rapport. She gave good and helpful advice but allowed us to form our own decisions. Our discussions were never rushed. She is an outstanding communicator and always answered every query promptly.
