Gay helped me immensely with the sale of my late cousins house. As soon as I contacted her (my cousin had used Gay in the past several times) and she knew of the circumstances, she was on to it in a flash ... she took the lead and advised us what was needed to get the property ready for sale and handled the required paperwork, which made this part of my job so easy while we were all still under some stress and pressure. My cousin left behind two young adult children and Gay helped to get the best possible price which in turn will lead to assist both kids with their future.
