Gay was extremely helpful in accommodating us given we live in a different town to the property we were buying. She went over and above when we had issues with setting up our services and she acted on our behalf as the buyer much more than other agents have. She tried and succeeded to keep all parties happy and she enabled us to meet with the vendors to satisfy concerns.
