Everything I had heard about Gavin was correct. Made the experience less stressful than I had expected

We employed Gavin Vize a staff member of Harcourts to sell our Wanaka property. We had had this on the market several years ago but no sale eventuated.. I can recommend him without hesitation because of the effort , time and skill he provided to complete the sale process for our property.. He was cheerful , enterprising and looked after all the details from start to finish. Gavin’s communication was second to none and we were kept informed every step of the way.

He went the extra mile, we were not always physically able to be at the property but this was never an issue for him. He would help no matter what and dealing with him was so easy. I appreciated all the effort he provided. Couldn’t be more happy with the overall experience!!
