Gavin has been incredible to deal with right throughout the purchasing process. At our first viewing he was both inquisitive and helpful, particularly when explaining the platform they were using for the sale of the property. Then as we went ahead with an offer he was upfront and communicated in a comprehensive and timely manner at each step.
