We had tried to sell our house two years prior without any luck, maybe the wrong agent, maybe the wrong market. Fast track two years and we thought we’d have another go. This time we engaged the services of Gavin Faulke at Harcourts. He gave us a realistic figure that was lower than we would have liked it to be but probably true in the current market. After a few open homes there was some interest but well short of the figure Gavin had given us. He stuck with it and eventually he presented us with an offer that was almost the same as he had originally talked about. The deal was signed and we were very happy the outcome.
