Gavin and the team was really helpful and provided timely information for me to make a decision to buying the house. He was clear and concise but always prompt to answer any queries with honesty and also helped with providing guidance in helping to put down an offer. I would recommend Gavin and his team.

What a find! I researched agents from numerous agencies and chose Gavin from Rate My Agent. I instantly warmed to him from our first meeting, knowing he was the agent to sell our family home of 66 years. How right I was; after the first viewing, it only took him three days to sell our house at the price we had discussed! Gavin exudes professionalism and a fantastic knowledge of the NZ and local markets. He is exceptionally personable and eloquent, his presentation is immaculate, and his communication skills are all-encompassing. Gavin's understanding and patience were also truly remarkable. He never once pressured us to rush the process, even as my brother and I took our time refurbishing the house and gardens. He made us feel respected and valued and reassured us that he was not just after a quick sale. Gavin and his team diligently kept me informed about the progress of our property sale, including after-office hours. My home is in Australia, and I had been away from my husband for ten weeks. As soon as our house was ready for sale, Gavin said, 'Go home. You don't need to stay here; I will look after everything' I was so grateful for this lifeline. Thank you, Gavin. Of course, Harcourt's domination of the marketplace also provided reassurance that we would see a sold sign within the first marketing campaign. I highly recommend Gavin. He is multifaceted and a one-of-a-kind find!
I’ve always found Gavin and his Team to be very easy to deal with. Gavin is a very experienced agent that knows the Porirua market well. It is always a pleasure to work with Gavin. I would highly recommend him.
I have sold a house and bought 2 homes with Gavin. All experiences were great, I can not fault anything. His service is professional, efficient, friendly and he is full of knowledge. He was proactive with helping me find my last home and took me through multiple homes until I found the right one. The aftercare has also been a great experience. I will continue to use Gavin and would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
Appreciate Gavin giving us immediate attention, he met with us that same day that we called him. He is easy to communicate with, very helpful to have very current market knowledge, and recommended the minimum what we had to do to the house to make it more marketable. He put together great video. He stayed in contact, and always returned phone call fast. Very professional. Highly recommend.
We found Gavin to be very honest with his assessment of the value of our property which was a big improvement on the previous agent, would use Gavin as our preferred agent for any future sales.
Good team up - Gavin and Haia! They worked outside the box. Very helpful and easy to talk with.
We needed to sell our section quickly as we had another opportunity we wanted to invest in. Gavin has sold other property of mine and family members. So it was an easy decision. He is experienced, communicative, efficient and effective. I would highly recommend Gavin as an agent!
Do not hesitate to use Gavin and his team!! They are a pleasure to deal with and go the extra mile to get the desired results. Thank you all very very much 🫶
We first contacted Gavin some years ago as were considering selling our rental property to assist us in relocating - although we didn’t go ahead then, Gavin made a distinct impression on us - a sense of confidence that he would be a great agent so that when time came, we didn’t consider anyone else. Gavin made the selling process simple for us which was so important given personal priorities at that time. Gavin organised staging, builders report, section maintenance etc. Gavin is well set up to ensure that communication happens regularly through WhatsApp and his supportive team. Whilst the market is a bit flat at present, whilst we sold at less we had imagined, we sold within a relatively short time frame and a very short settlement meaning a better outcome than might have been. Gavin liaised with us and the purchaser in a timely manner and we are very grateful for his work. Gavin and his team are professional but warm and friendly and therefore impart confidence and a sense of trust as a vendor.
Gavin and Claudia were a delight to work with. They kept us informed throughout the process and were very professional. Gavin's knowledge of the local area, his enthusiasm, confidence and wonderful reviews were one of the main reasons we chose Gavin as our Agent, and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome he achieved in selling our home. Thank you to Gavin and Claudia for making this process so easy and smooth. We wish you all the best.
