Hi everyone, I decided to put my house on the market as it was time to move on mostly due to the current NZ economic climate. I got to know Gavin Faulke from my former employer. At the start I was a little skeptical with the house market currently being one of the coldest ever. I put my trust in Gavin and his team, it took slightly longer but still within there 3 months market promo my house was sold while there are a lot of properties in the market sitting for over 6 months and still not sold in the current times. Gavin was a good agent that was pretty reliable in communication and answered our questions well. He was a little pushy when it came time to make an offer but not in an unkind way. If we were to purchase another home we would go to open homes he advertises. Have no regrets buying through him.
