We really appreciated Gary's help in selling our house in a depressed market. He did his absolute best the get the best price for us. He also navigated all of the legalese and process stuff for us to ensure all the right boxes were ticked. From our standpoint he went above and beyond with quality communications and also a sense of urgency - basically he managed us - we didn't need to chase him.
