I engaged Joy Kelly and Gary Singh to sell two of my investment properties in Rotorua. The market everywhere is challenging at the moment and the feedback was not where we wanted it to be. Joy and Gary persevered and bought us an offer we could live with. They worked with several interested buyers and managed to get one of the parties to place an offer we were prepared to accept. Their experience was invaluable and their ability to manage both us as the seller, and the buyers expectations was admirable. The showed the difference a good agent can make especially in this market. I would happily use them again.
