Gary had a very good knowledge of the market in Rotorua and provided really good advice on how to market the property. I need to point out that we live outside of NZ and hence were perhaps more reliant on Gary's input than had we been local. Notwithstanding, we communicated most effectively and all went according to plan with the staging and sale. I have to say that Gary's market knowledge, advice, communication and professionalism has been first class throughout.
