We met Gary when looking at properties when deciding if we would sell. He stood out as professional and experienced. Once we decided to test the market Gary was one of 4 agents we talked to. All were good, however Gary understood us and listened to our needs. After all we love our house & deep down didn’t want to sell. He never commoditised our property, which was very important. Being at the higher end of the market it took a month or 2 to get a few offers. The market had slowed down. Gary stayed positive. We go a few offers and then it was a waiting game to go unconditional. Once we got nearer the end we had seen so many houses to buy, none of them quite met our needs. Once again Gary new us quite well by then. He knew our needs and style. He showed us properties that could meet our needs. 3-4 in total. We bought one! It wasn’t his listing, however he still assisted. The difference Gary made was that he got to know us and our needs. He never judged, he gently got us to where we needed to be. He is very patient…… We are looking forward to moving into our new house. It’s not our forever home, however easy living and also a small project. We will definitely approach Gary if we sell again. Gary was very knowledgable about the property market area we purchased in. He had good honest opionions. It was a pleasure working with him. At no time did I feel I wasnt getting correct information. Hes not pushy or opinionated. Just gave honest feedback regarding the property. He was very professional when we spoke. And when it came time to negociate he didnt was time, the purchase was sorted in two days. He helped me with contractual details I wasnt very knowledgable about. He made it look easy for me.
