When we first decided to sell our property we had another agent from another company ut e was not a very nice person. We approached Century 21 Papakura. Gary took on the job of marketing our property with the help of Ispa. Gary informed us all the time with what was happening with the property market and advised us the best way to sell our home. The market was very slow at the time but Gary stuck to the task of getting the best price he could. After a time our property was sold for a little less than what we wanted for it 12 months ago but we had to make reduce the price to suit the buyer.
