Gary really knows his local knowledge and was super confident about the result he could get us. Working under terrible conditions ie road closures, miserable weather etc he still managed to find us that one buyer that had the money and he worked gently to get the buyer up to our price requirement which was a pretty impressive feat. He also went way above and beyond to help us keep our bach in great condition for open homes as we all live a good distance away... even helping out with the lawns, a builder to fix some issues and once made the beds.
