In the same conversation she had identified dates, open home days/times, deadlines etc. in order to get us to our end goal (which was to put a clean offer in on another house). She very quickly had our trust. She gave us clear instructions on how to get our home ready for market. She remained in constant contact with us during the marketing period, gently challenged our choices, but was also firm with us when needed.
