We went with Team Churton as it was headed by two very experienced agents in Gareth and Gillian who gave us the confidence they would deliver. All our dealings with the team were handled in a very professional way. Gareth in particular was very knowledgeable and always readily available to keep us in the loop and answer our queries. Although the final price was a bit below our original expectations we believe it was a very good result in the current market.
