We dealt with Gareth while searching for a new home. He was accommodating in offering suggestions and recommendations throughout our journey. When it came to purchasing the property we wanted this was rather hard and fast (which was good) despite the fact there was a bit a negotiations and talks. He was always straight to the point and no small talk or beating around the bush when questions were asked. Which when trying to find/buy a place is great as there is no time wasted.
Gareth made a lot of effort with answering our many questions as first home buyers. From the offset and throughout he showed great professionalism and a solid understanding of the area. Definitely would want him selling our house in the future.

It was such a pleasure working we Gareth. We were admittedly not prepared or expecting to find a property we fell in love with. Well, that is exactly what happened. As a result, we were not as prepared as we should have been. Gareth was so patient and accommodating and made the process a breeze. On top of that, he is just a good guy. He even spent time colouring with our toddler while we viewed the property in more detail. Multiple times!
