Gareth, during the appraisal process gave us a few To Do's in order to improve the property and make it better for marketing. These were relatively minor things that we hadn't thought of but made a major impact on the presentation. Once on the market he kept us up to date with how things were progressing and any feedback he was getting from the open homes etc. Gareth got us a sale for a price that we were happy with, and we would highly recommend him for anyone thinking of selling a property.
