I found having Gael as my agent a very stress free experience. Everything Gael said she was going to do she did with the end result of a great sale.The person who bought the property is very happy also. As a single bloke the property may not of looked homely but Gael gave me some pointers on how to declutter and make the place more appealing. Down to reminding me of the upcoming open home so I had time to do the lawns.When I come back from a working holiday. I with definitely be dealing with Gael for my next property.
