Apartment experience

I was looking for an apartment in the Lighter Quay area on Trademe and saw Gabriela had a couple on offer. Got in contact and she immediately followed up with the documents requested. Arranged to see a few viewings which she had organized for the time period I was in Auckland. Decided to proceed with the purchase and made an offer, bit of back and forwards and all sorted with a couple of hours.
