Gabriela impressed us from our very first meeting. She was candid and realistic about the uncertain current market and made no attempt to encourage us to sell. On the contrary, she suggested we might want to wait a while to see if conditions improved. We decided to sell our Wynyard Quarter apartment anyway and were extremely happy with our decision to appoint Gabriela as our agent. We accepted her advice to go to auction and she worked tirelessly to ensure we had a number of engaged bidders in attendance on the day. From the get-go, she was onto it. Gabriela recommended and organised outstanding stagers for the apartment. Her recommended marketing plan was innovative in terms of its reach and its use of both traditional print media and online and social media. It generated numerous enquiries, viewings and, most important of all, a number of genuine bidders. Gabriela's communication was terrific. We heard from her virtually daily, if not more than once a day, on how things were going. She also utilised Ray White's online offering which enabled us to monitor progress in terms of enquiries received, attendances at open homes, private viewings and levels of engagement by prospective bidders. The end-result was that we were successful at auction at a price that was very acceptable to us and apparently equally pleasing to the buyer. And in that regard, it is appropriate to record the excellent work done by Gabriela's auctioneer, Cameron Brain - we met with him three times before the auction proper. He gave sound, pragmatic, but vital advice and helped deliver the very satisfying result that was achieved.
